The 12 week Path to Mindful Wellness Program is designed for clients who are ready to make a commitment to improved overall health and wellness but are not sure where to begin, or what steps to take in order to create positive and lasting change.
Counselor Maureen Ryan will guide individuals in the program with a holistic approach to wellness that...
"My goal is to help others recognize their amazing strengths while bringing awareness to patterns and belief systems that serve as obstacles to our overall wellness and happiness. My philosophy is not a one-size fits all answer to health and wellness. We are all unique individuals with our own goals, bodies and desires. I believe that health and wellness should be fun and bring a level of satisfaction to our lives."
