Cindy Reid
(Senior Instructor) opened flow in Lincoln Park
to expand her teaching practice of pilates, yoga, dance-based
movement and exercise. She is a Body Arts and Science International
certified pilates instructor, choreographer and former dancer
with over 20 years experience teaching dance and exercise. She
brings to her teaching a deep understanding of body mechanics
in both the therapeutic and peak performance range and teaches
students of all ages and abilities whose goals span from movement
recovery to professional dance and athletic performance enhancement.
Cindy has been teaching pilates for 17 years, is a member
of the Pilates Method Alliance, and was recently promoted to BASI Senior Faculty
for the BASI Teacher Training

Holli Hitchins
is versed in both classical and contemporary methods of pilates.
She is certified through Body Arts and Science International
teacher training program. Holli received her BA in Dance from
Illinios State University and has been a movement instructor
for over 15 years. She is currently continuing her education
through Clayton College's Holistic Nutrition Master's degree
program, and in the Flow Senior Instructor apprentice program. |

(Chandra) Lynne Alberding completed the Body Arts and Science International teacher training program at flow. She has trained and performed with some of the most renowned ballet masters of the Marinsky Theatre (formally the Kirov Ballet). Lynne brings recognition of the benefits Pilates has on a dancer, athlete, rehab patient, and an individual in pursuit of a healthy balanced lifestyle.

Amy Williams
has been interested in pilates and yoga for many years, particularly
in light of her structural scoliosis. She found her answer
at flow studio, where she learned how the pilates
program could help strengthen her spine and core. In 2003,
she trained with Body Arts and Science International and upon
completion began teaching classes at flow. Amy continues
to expand her abilities and interest in the discipline. |

Emily L. Haggith
is registered with the Yoga Alliance and holds a certification
in Yoga for the Special Child (specialyoga.com). Her classes
include breath awareness, gentle stretches, flow sequences,
and strength building poses. Class ends with relaxation and
gentle neck massage upon student approval. Quote: "Yoga brings
consistency, peace, and interconnectedness to action in my
life. I encourage students to utilize the information presented
in my class to enrich their lifestyle." |
