The perfect blend of yoga and pilates, this class, designed by Cindy Reid, brings together challenging yoga poses and exercises from the pilates mat series in one fluid, invigorating workout. Class resumes Spring 08.

pre-post natal pilates -- NEW!!
The 6 week course is designed for the special needs of
pregnant women (2-9 mo) and for recovering post-natal moms. Instructor Cindy Reid had created this
class to include the use of props and tools to enhance students'
ability to safely work the core, as well as strengthen crucial
hip, glute and upper back muscles needed to maintain better posture
throughout and following pregnancy. Students will also use leg and arm weights
for building strength beyond the core. Sunday 4:30 pm. Pre-registration required for this 6 week session.

Students will work on balance, stretching, and strengthening postures, relaxation and meditation. Instructors will assist individuals on proper form and breathing and guide each student to increased awareness and sense of well-being. Register now!

dance conditioning 
This lively class taught to upbeat music
and rhythms is a combination of dynamic standing work: isolations,
balance, and short movement combinations, strength and flexibility

A unique opportunity to experience the
sophisticated reformer in a small group setting, this class runs on a 6 week session and
requires instructor approval to join. It is designed to improve
strength, coordination, flexibility, balance, and stabilization
with an unlimited opportunity for advancement. If you are interested
