Pilates Fundamentals
An ongoing class which focuses on essential movement concepts and pilates exercises for proper biomechanics.  May be taken as an introduction or as a regular class for those who wish to move at a slower pace. This class avoids complex choreography, focusing instead on safe movements and proper form. Modifications made for various conditions. Register now!

Pilates Matwork
Appropriate for beginners (with knowledge of fundamentals) and regular students, mat class encourages students to work deeply and will improve posture, core strength, balance, flexibility, and form.  Heavy emphasis on abdominal strengthening. A necessity at every fitness level. Register now!

Resistance & Balance (R&B)
This group class focuses on standing strength, balance and core stability utilizing weight resistance, unstable surfaces, and full body integration. Teacher will emphasize concepts of trunk stabilization and movements performed in neutral spine, for functional strength and flexibility. Great for all levels as resistance and stability can be adjusted for appropriate challenge. An perfect compliment to traditional pilates workouts on the schedule. Register now!

Piloga Ball
Adding the inherently unstable surface of the ball brings an increased challenge to pilates and yoga moves. Perfect for anyone looking to add a new level of challenge to their core strength and stability. Lots of fun! Prior pilates and yoga experience recommended. Register now!

Pre-Post Natal Pilates
The 6 week course is designed for the special needs of pregnant women (2-9 mo) and for recovering post-natal moms. This class includes the use of props and tools to enhance students' ability to safely work the core, as well as strengthen crucial hip, glute and upper back muscles needed to maintain better posture throughout and following pregnancy. Students will also use leg and arm weights for building strength beyond the core. Register now!

World Beat Workout
No prior dance required! This fun and exhillerating class is taught dance-cardio style to the upbeat rhythms of world music, and borrows from dance styles across the globe. 40 minutes of low impact, high intensity cardio dance followed by standing center strength work, and floor stretches. Mini-Trampoline
This class is alot of fun while working strength, endurance and flexibility. No prior experience necessary. Does require basic balance, jumping and coordination skill level. Be prepared to sweat!. Register now!

Yoga
Students will work on balance, stretching, and strengthening postures, relaxation and meditation.  Instructors will assist individuals on proper form and breathing and guide each student to increased awareness and sense of well-being. Register now!

Exo-Chair
This class utilizes the new exo pilates chair which allows for a super challenging full body resistance experience. Reap all the benefits of traditional pilates chair work: a lot of standing balance and strength work, plus spring attachments which allow for adding coordination challege, assisting spinal articulation, and combining arm and leg resistance in one exercise. Pilates Reformer Class
A unique opportunity to experience the sophisticated reformer in a small group setting, this class runs on a 6 week session and requires instructor approval to join. It is designed to improve strength, coordination, flexibility, balance, and stabilization with an unlimited opportunity for advancement. Drums Alive® Powerbeats
Feel and experience the pulsating rhythms, dynamic movements and powerful percussion of this new unique high-energy dance rhythm workout. Drums Alive® combines aerobic movements with the powerful beats and rhythms of drumming on the physioballs. It's a fun workout for the entire body as well as a powerful tool for stress reduction!
