Resistance & Balance 
This group class focuses on standing strength, balance and core stability utilizing weight resistance, unstable surfaces, and full body integration. Teacher will emphasize concepts of trunk stabilization and movements performed in neutral spine, for functional strength and flexibility. Pre-Post Natal Pilates 
The 6 week course is designed for the special needs of
pregnant women (2-9 mo) and for recovering post-natal moms. Includes the use of props and tools to enhance students'
ability to safely work the core, as well as strengthen crucial
hip, glute and upper back muscles needed to maintain better posture
throughout and following pregnancy. Students will also use leg and arm weights
for building strength beyond the core. Taught in an intimate setting, the class addresses teh safety, comfort, and fitness needs of moms-to-be. Register

The new exo pilates chair allows for a super challenging full body resistance experience.
