Pilates Fundamentals
An ongoing class which focuses on essential movement concepts and pilates exercises for proper biomechanics. May be taken as an introduction or as a regular class for those who wish to move at a slower pace.This class avoids complex choreography, focusing instead on safe movements and proper form. Pilates Matwork
Appropriate for beginners (with knowledge of fundamentals) and regular students, mat class encourages students to work deeply and will improve posture, core strength, balance, flexibility, and form.  Heavy emphasis on abdominal strengthening. A necessity at every fitness level. Register now!

Int. Pilates Matwork
This class incorporates mat excercises up to the advanced level and is taught in a flow style workout challenging endurance as well as precision. Best suited for experienced students with some knowledge of classical excercises and a regular pilates practice. Register now!

Resistance & Balance
This group class focuses on standing strength, balance and core stability utilizing weight resistance, unstable surfaces, and full body integration. Teacher will emphasize concepts of trunk stabilization and movements performed in neutral spine, for functional strength and flexibility. Great for all levels as resistance and stability can be adjusted for appropriate challenge. A perfect compliment to traditional pilates workouts on the schedule. Register now!

Piloga Ball

Pilates & YBR®
Balance and core strength are enhanced by the inclusion of YBR-Ball in your pilates routine. YBR works the way a hands-on practitioner does only using a ball. You'll roll muscles to stretch them, dislodge tension and discomfort, increase blood flow, and promote healing. Register now!

Pre-Post Natal Pilates
The 6 week course is designed for the special needs of pregnant women (2-9 mo) and for recovering post-natal moms. Includes the use of props and tools to enhance students' ability to safely work the core, as well as strengthen crucial hip, glute and upper back muscles needed to maintain better posture throughout and following pregnancy. Students will also use leg and arm weights for building strength beyond the core. Taught in an intimate setting, the class addresses teh safety, comfort, and fitness needs of moms-to-be. World Beat Workout
This high energy class is taught in an aerobic dance format to the upbeat rhythms of world music, and borrows from dance styles across the globe! Adult Ballet
Taught in a professional manner, by (Chandra) Lynne Alberding, this traditionally structured class consists of a progressive barre followed with center combinations. The class is designed to help build strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance. All levels are welcome (but helpful if you've had some previous dance experience). Yoga

Exo-Chair
The new exo pilates chair allows for a super challenging full body resistance experience. Reap all the benefits of traditional pilates chair work: a lot of standing balance and strength work, plus the spring attatchments allow for adding coordination challenge, assisting spinal articulation, and comining arm and leg resistance.
