Appropriate for beginners and regular students, mat class encourages students to work deeply and will improve core strength, posture, balance, flexibility, and form. Strong emphasis on abdominal strength and endurance. A necessity at every fitness level.
This class incorporates mat exercises up to the advanced level and is taught in a flow style workout that challenges endurance as well as precision. Best suited for experienced students with some knowledge of classical exercises and a regular pilates practice.

In this endurance based class, students will perform intervals of strength and cardio challenges, using balls, weights, bands, tubes, rollers and more! Taught in a circuit format, with Pilates emphasis on core control, balanced musculature, full body integration and total abdominal overload! Rev up your core in this fun, fast paced class! Workout shoes required: cross trainers, dance fitness, or tennis shoes.
Appropriate for mixed levels, this class incorporates magic circles, resistance bands, foam rollers, balls and weights into the traditional flow of matwork for added resistance and challenge.
This class is ideal for young woman with postural issues or for menapausal and post-menapausal women with bone density issues including those "at risk" for or diagnosed with osteopena and osteoporosis. The repetoire is focused on strengthening the back body and extends beyond traditional pilates repertoire with addtional strength and resistance work for building bone using weights, bands, and gravity. Includes appropriate pilates matwork exercises, stretches, safe balance and coordination exercises.
This group class focuses on standing strength, balance and core stability utilizing weight resistance, unstable surfaces, and full body integration. Teacher will emphasize concepts of trunk stabilization and movements performed in neutral spine, for functional strength and flexibility. Great for all levels as resistance and stability can be adjusted for appropriate challenge. A perfect complement to traditional pilates workouts on the schedule.

The Group Equipment schedule changes slightly every 2 months with cycles July-August, Sept.-Oct., Nov-Dec., Jan-Feb., March-April, May-June. Students must register and pre-pay for sessions online through website. Group fitness packages are sold separately and do not apply. Experience the sophisticated reformer in a small group setting of 4 students. Reformer work is designed to improve strength, coordination, flexibility, balance, and stabilization using the resistance and assistance of the springs and straps. You'll advance quickly with regular practice!
A totally unique cardio class! Students will perform jumping intervals on the reformer boards, against light and heavy springs interspersed with Pilates strength work for a terrific cardio and core effect. A great cardio boost for pilates students and perfect cross training for runners and athletes!
The Exo Pilates chair allows for a super challenging full body resistance experience. Reap all the benefits of traditional pilates chair work: a lot of standing balance and strength work, plus the spring attachments allow for adding coordination challenge, assisting spinal articulation, and combining arm and leg resistance.
Designed for the special needs of pregnant women (2-9 mo) and for recovering postnatal moms. Includes the use of stability balls, Pilates chairs, reformers and small props to enhance students' ability to safely work the core, as well as strengthen crucial hip, glute and upper back muscles needed to maintain better posture throughout and following pregnancy. Students will also use leg and arm weights for building strength beyond the core. Taught in an intimate setting, the class addresses the safety, comfort, and fitness needs of moms-to-be. $30/class. Limit 5 students.
