Hello West Loop Friends and Neighbors!

West Loop Sign-Up

All classes require online sign-up. It's easy! From this page, just click on the link at the top of this page for class registration, and you're on your way. You'll see the schedule for West Loop that week. You can scroll forward to see the weeks ahead too. You can then register for a single class or for multiple classes to secure your spot. Once you've selected a class, the program will direct you to login and pay.  We have 2 class types: Group Fitness and Group Equipment. Group Fitness includes all varieties of Pilates Mat classes, Yoga, Dance, Cardio and Strength-Conditioning classes. Group Fitness prices are $18/single class, $150/10, $390/30. Group Equipment classes include CoreAlign (see About), Reformer, Exo Chair, and Pilates Jumpboard. Group Equipment classes have a maximum of 4 students, and prices are $35/single class or $240/8. We plan to add classes as we learn more about your fitness needs!

West Loop Packages Good for Lincoln Park Sign-Up Too!

If you're on the go, and plan to be near our Lincoln Park location at Clark and Belden, you can use your West Loop package to take a class at Flow Lincoln Park. Group Fitness Classes

Pilates Matwork

Appropriate for beginners (with knowledge of fundamentals) and regular students, mat class encourages students to work deeply and will improve posture, core strength, balance, flexibility, and form. Heavy emphasis on abdominal strengthening. A necessity at every fitness level.

Pilates Props

Appropriate for mixed levels, this class incorporates pilates rings, resistance bands, foam rollers, balls and weights into the traditional flow of matwork for added resistance and stability challenge.

Strength-Cardio Challenge

An endurance based, high energy class with interval strength and cardio drills suited for fit women and men. Repertoire draws from sports training, yoga, pilates and dance. Includes squats, lunges, jumping, full body integration, tubing, weights, abs and more! Keeps you moving with emphasis on progressions, and challenges agility, strength and stamina!

Zumba®

This class fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one of a kind fitness program! The goal is simple: we want you to work out, and to love working out. Zumba® fanatics achieve long-term benefits while experiencing an absolute blast in one exciting hour of calorie-burning, body energizing, awe-inspiring movements to engage and captivate for life!

Group Equipment Classes

CoreAlign for Beginners

CoreAlign is a dynamic, standing, resistance-based workout which takes Pilates principles to a new level! The advanced design of this apparatus provides lower body, upper body, gait and postural challenge and can be taken to cardiovascular level. A great place to start working on balance, posture and functional gait issues.

CoreAlign Level 2

Utilizing the advanced design of CoreAlign, students will experience a full-body workout reaching cardiovascular challenge. Shifting platforms provide resistance in all directions and ladder is utilized for upper body strength and stability. Appropriate for those with experience and advanced Pilates students.

Exo-Chair

The new exo pilates chair allows for a super challenging full body resistance experience. Reap all the benefits of traditional pilates chair work--standing balance and strength work--plus the spring attachments allow for adding coordination challege, assisting spinal articulation, and combining arm and leg resistance.

Reformer

Experience the sophisticated reformer in a small group setting of 4 students. Reformer work is designed to improve strength, coordination, flexibility, balance, and stability using the resistance and assistance of the springs and straps. You'll advance quickly with regular practice in this class.

Jumpboard

A totally unique cardio class! Students will perform jumping intervals on the reformer boards, against light and heavy springs interspersed with pilates strength work for terrific cardio and core effect. It is a non-impact, high intensity workout that delivers a great cardio boost for pilates students and ideal cross-training for runners and athletes.
