I take both private classes and mat classes here. Regardless-the personal attention and patience the instructors at Flow provide is bar none. The instructors are truly invested in the practices they teach and their students–they stay late to answer questions, etc. I moved and there are certainly closer studios to my new digs but it’s well worth the longer walk! Pilates and yoga have transformed my body. THANKS FLOW!
Flow is an *extraordinary* studio. The classes are inspired, the teachers are supremely well-trained and welcoming. I’ve been coming here for three years now and have enjoyed every class I’ve taken (and never once been injured!). In the twenty-plus years that I’ve been taking classes, Flow is the absolute top!
Cindy Reid and her staff offer a range of options: Pilates mat, Pilates equipment, group classes, private lessons, duo or triple sessions…and much more in the beautiful studio on Clark Street. All levels are welcome and encouraged, no attitudes or judgment. A great place to work out.
I’ve been going to Flow for 2 years and it keeps getting better. Instructors are all knowledgeable, challenging and professional. And the environment is friendly and conducive to great workouts. Whenever I’ve had an injury, they knew just what to do. Highly recommend it!
I have been going to flow for almost 3 years and love it. It has given me great results with my mind and body – something I had not found until I went to Flow. The instructors are great – very attentive and knowledgeable. The classes are typically small (less than 8) so each person in the class gets individual attention to maximize her workout. There are a variety of classes to take so your workout is always fun and new!
