Dance classes at Flow are taught by teachers with extensive professional training and performance experience, but are geared to students with little or no dance experience who enjoy dance as an invigorating path to greater fitness! Experience a non-competitive, fun and challenging hour of non-stop dance movement and conditioning that will give you the toned muscles of a dancer while raising your heart rate and spirits! Soft soled shoes with pivoting ability are recommended for Zumba®, World Beat Dance, and Better Barre Workout. (Ballet slippers required for Adult Ballet.)
